Vegetable "Relish" Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can French-cut green beans
    1 (16 oz.) can tiny peas
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 jar chopped pimento or 1/2 c. fresh sweet red pepper
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
Preparation
    Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil.
    Let cool.
    Combine vegetables in large bowl with cover.
    Pour dressing over all.
    Let set overnight in fridge before serving.
