Pineapple And Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (8 or 8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced bananas
1 c. nuts
1/3 ripe banana, mashed
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Blend these ingredients with enough confectioners sugar to thicken to right consistency to spread.
This is a very moist delicious cake.
