Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas (4)
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

May use self-rising flour and omit soda and salt.
Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, then bananas.
Stir dry ingredients and add.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased loaf pan or tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
