Chicken In White Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken (skinless, boneless breast meat)
    1 (approximately 3 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
    1 small onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    parsley
    white wine
Preparation
    Dice chicken into cubes and set aside.
    Put oil into skillet pan and brown onion.
    Add cubed chicken, mushrooms, salt, pepper and parsley to taste.
    Add enough white wine to cover chicken. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice or linguine.
