Summer Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice, cooled to room temperature
    1/2 c. quartered strawberries
    1/2 c. grape halves
    2 kiwi fruit, sliced into quarters
    1/2 c. pineapple tidbits
    1/2 c. banana slices
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Combine rice and fruit in large bowl.
    Pour pineapple juice over and serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
