Mel'S New Mexico Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, deboned and fat removed
    2 cloves minced garlic or to taste
    1 T olive oil
    1 c peanut butter
    1/4 t cayenne pepper or to taste
    1 minced onion
Preparation
    Lay chicken breasts flat and cut into strips 2-inches wide. Mix other ingredients together and melt in saucepan or microwave oven.
    Cool and pour into plastic bag.
    Place chicken into bag as well and shake to coat.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours or prepare in the morning and refrigerate all day.
