Broccoli Ham Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. deli ham, sliced
    broccoli stalks (fresh or frozen)
    white rice, cooked
    Velveeta cheese (small pkg.)
    milk
Preparation
    Cook broccoli.
    Cook 3 cups white rice; lay in bottom of glass dish.
    Place one stalk of broccoli at end of ham slice; roll. Place each broccoli/ham roll on top of rice until rice is covered. Melt Velveeta cheese and 3 tablespoons milk in microwave; pour hot sauce over dish.
    Cook in microwave for 5 minutes on High or in oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Everything is cooked, just warm through.
