Australian Celery Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. finely shredded celery
    2 c. meat stock or bouillon
    1 tsp. salt or celery salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Stew celery in stock until very tender.
    Add salt and nutmeg. Blend flour and milk and add, stirring constantly, while heating to boiling.
    Do not boil.
    Pour into soup cups and sprinkle with cheese.
    Serves 4.
