Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. apples, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place apples and sugar in large bowl; let stand while preparing other ingredients. Separate eggs; beat egg whites until stiff and fold in egg yolks. Add cooking oil, beat well and let stand. In another bowl, mix flour, soda, salt, cinnamon; stir in pecans. Pour egg mixture over sugared apples; add dry ingredients and stir. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
