Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green peppers
    10 lb. zucchini
    4 onions
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. turmeric
    5 Tbsp. pickling salt
    2 1/4 c. vinegar
    5 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Grind peppers, zucchini and onions.
    Add pickling salt.
    Let stand overnight.
    Wash and drain.
    Combine all ingredients in kettle.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Ladle into canning jars.
    Seal in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
