Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. very finely chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease a jelly roll pan.
Mix butter, sugar and egg yolk.
Mix thoroughly.
