Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. brown sugar
6 oz. caramel topping
1 tsp. vanilla
5 to 6 Granny apples, cut up
1 c. peanuts
6 oz. Cool Whip

Mix first 4 ingredients, then add remaining ingredients.
