Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. top milk
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Add enough flour to make stiff dough.
    Roll very thin on floured surface.
    Let stand 20 minutes. Cook in boiling soup stock 10 minutes.
    Enjoy.
