Best Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
8 oz. sour cream (can use fat-free)
4 eggs
16 oz. can creamed corn
3 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
Preparation

Melt the margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix everything else together; pour into pan with melted margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until it is browned around the edges and set in the middle, about 35 minutes.
