Chuck Wagon Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
3 c. chopped onion
2 bouillon cubes
1 1/2 cloves garlic
3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 lb. ground beef
1 c. celery
2/3 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 (29 oz.) cans baked beans with molasses
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Fry bacon and drain.
Set aside.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
Mix all ingredients except bacon. Put in large bean pot and top with bacon.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Serves 12.
