Best Ever Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. water
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and water in top of double boiler.
    Add egg yolks with juice.
    Beat. Add to rest of mixture.
    Cook until thick, 25 minutes.
    Add lemon extract, butter and vinegar.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Pour in baked pie shell.
