Roast Salad For Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pikes Peak roast
    3 large onions (purple is best)
    10 boiled eggs
    1 pt. sweet pickles
    3 jalapeno peppers (optional)
    1 1/2 qt. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation
    Cook roast.
    Grind roast, onions, eggs, pickles and peppers. Add mayonnaise to spreading consistency.
    Keeps up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
    Serves 50.
