Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. bell pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Mix beef with all ingredients.
Split the buns and spread each half with beef mixture, being sure to cover to the edge of the bun.
Place under the broiler about 3-inches from heat. Broil about 5 minutes.
Remember to leave the oven door ajar. Remove from oven and top each piece with 2 strips of cheese. Return to broiler until cheese melts.
