Whipped Cream Dressing For Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 whole eggs, beaten well
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs well in top of double boiler.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Add pineapple and lemon juices and mix well.
    Put over boiling water and cook until spoon is coated, as in making custard.
    When cool, it will be thick. Whip 1/2 pint of whipping cream. Fold into mixture.
    Serves 12 to 15.
