Chinese Chews - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins, chopped
1 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Sift sugar, flour, baking powder and salt into bowl.
Stir
in raisins and nuts.
Add eggs; mix thoroughly. Spread into 15 1/2 x 10 x 1-inch pan sprayed gently with Pam spray.
Spread into pan to cover entire pan.
Bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 about 20 minutes. Cut into squares while warm.
Sprinkle gently with powdered sugar.
