Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Place slices in skillet with small amount of bacon drippings.
    Cover and fry over low heat.
    Turn potatoes over once or twice.
    Cook until lightly browned.
    (If sweet potatoes are from a new crop, you may want to sprinkle sugar over the slices just before serving.)
