Cream Of Celery Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
3 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
4 c. chicken broth
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. celery seed
pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute celery and onion in melted butter.
Add chicken broth and simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in milk and seasonings; allow to heat.
Thicken by adding 3 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 6 tablespoons water.
Top with freshly chopped parsley.
Serves approximately 6.
