Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    3 (6 1/4 oz.) can minced clams
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. cubed Mozzarella cheese
    dash of Tabasco (optional)
Preparation
    Saute butter, onion and garlic.
    Add parsley, oregano and bread crumbs.
    Drain 2 cans of juice from clams.
    Add clams and 1 can of juice, lemon and Tabasco sauce.
    Stir in Mozzarella cheese.
    Place in casserole dish and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serve hot on crackers.
