Louisiana Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 medium green pepper, sliced
    2 1/4 c. hot water
    1 envelope Lipton tomato soup mix
    1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, melt butter and saute onion and green pepper about 5 minutes or until tender.
    Add water, stir in soup mix until thick.
    Cover.
    Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add shrimp and simmer until pink, about 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
