Seafood Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. crab flavored fish pieces
    2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. small cooked shrimp or 4 1/2 oz. can shrimp
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    8 lasagna noodles, cooked
    1/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut fish into bite-size pieces.
    Set aside.
