1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. whole-wheat flour
3 1/3 c. bread flour
2 1/4 tsp. dry yeast
3/4 c. oil-cured black olives, pitted
3 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped
