Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoke sausage
    2 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 can beef broth
    1 can onion soup
    1 stick butter or oleo, cut in quarters
    2 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice (do not substitute)
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 large yellow onions, chopped
    1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients in a large roasting pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
