Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
    1/2 lb. Land O Lakes butter (2 sticks)
    1 c. sugar
    1 lb. chopped candied cherries
    1 lb. chopped candied pineapple
    4 c. shelled pecans
    2 c. flour (self-rising), sifted
Preparation
    Add first five ingredients together.
    In a large bowl, alternate small amount of cherries, pineapple and pecans.
    Sift a small amount of flour after each, until all is covered.
    Shake bowl after each layer.
    With a wooden spoon, stir in creamed mixture, gently.
