Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (No. 170) cans small tender peas
    1 lb. Muenster cheese
    8 hard-boiled eggs
    2 1/2 c. mayo
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain peas.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mix slowly; don't smash peas.
    Cut cheese into cubes.
    Chop eggs.
    Add to the peas.
    Pour mayo and mustard mixture over salad and blend thoroughly.
    Best if made the night before.
