Microwave Crispy Treats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    5 c. miniature marshmallows
    5 c. plain rice cereal
Preparation
    Place butter and peanut butter in a medium bowl.
    Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute on High or until butter is melted.
    Add marshmallows.
    Mix well.
    Microwave 2 to 2 1/2 minutes on High or until all marshmallows melt when stirred. Stir twice during cooking time. Add cereal.
    Mix well until cereal is coated.
    Press out on waxed paper or into utility dish.
    Let cool.
    Cut into squares.
    Yields 18 to 24 bars.
