Pork Chop - Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thin-sliced pork chops or pork tenderloin
    salt to taste
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    24 oz. pkg. frozen plain hash browns, thawed
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Brown chops in lightly greased skillet.
    Sprinkle with salt and set aside.
    Combine soup, milk, sour cream and pepper.
    Gently stir in thawed potatoes, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of onions.
