Holiday Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream
    2 pkg. lemon jello (3 oz.)
    2 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar
    1 small can mandarin oranges
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except sour cream and fruit.
    Allow to chill and partially set.
    Fold in 2 cups sour cream.
    Place fruit in bottom of oiled mold.
    Pour in mixture.
    Refrigerate until set, overnight or 6 hours.
    Use as a salad with meal.
    Pour into large plate and enjoy.
