Barbecued Pork Platter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 fresh pork sausages, parboiled for 4 minutes
4 small pork chops, trimmed of fat
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, smashed and chopped
few drops sesame oil
freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Place all ingredients in large bowl and marinate 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat barbecue at high and oil grill.
