Pumpkin Nut Bread(Makes Two Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. (one 16 oz. can) Libby's solid pack pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. dry nonfat dry milk
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs in large mixer bowl on medium speed until combined. Add pumpkin, sugar, brown sugar, water and oil; beat until well blended.
    Combine flour, dry milk, wheat germ, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in large bowl.
    Beat into pumpkin mixture on low speed; stir in nuts and spoon into two greased 9 x 5-inch loaf dishes.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until wood pick inserted in center comes out clean.
