Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 chopped onion
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    2 sticks oleo
Preparation
    Melt oleo in a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan.
    Beat eggs and add other ingredients, mixing by hand.
    Pour into oblong pan. Sprinkle a little cheese over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
