Orange-Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oranges, peeled and cut in bite size pieces
    1 red apple, unpeeled and cut in bite size pieces
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts; chill.
    To serve, stir in nuts.
    Makes 4 servings.
