Sallie'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes or 1 large bag frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, well beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 small bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1/2 stick oleo
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, salt and pepper and half of cheese.
Stir well.
Pour into casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
