Classic Greek Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head romaine, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 cucumber, sliced
1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
2 medium tomatoes, cut in 3/4-inch chunks
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives (Greek, if available)
4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/8 tsp. fresh cracked pepper
Preparation

Wash, cut and chill romaine lettuce to crisp it.
Slice and cut other vegetables.
When ready to serve salad, dry romaine with paper towels.
Combine all vegetables in large bowl.
Top with olives and Feta cheese.
