Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground sausage
1 small head cabbage
4 to 6 potatoes
3 large carrots
onion

Preparation

Brown sausage lightly with chopped onion.
Cut up cabbage into bite-size chunks and boil until soft.
Pare potatoes into cubes. Slice carrots 1/4-inch thick.
