Ingredients

4 c. chopped rhubarb
4 c. sugar
2 c. crushed pineapple
1 large box strawberry gelatin
Preparation

In a large kettle, combine rhubarb and sugar. Stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Turn down heat and cook and stir constantly for 12 minutes. Then add pineapple. Stir and again boil the mixture to a boil and cook for another 3 minutes. Add package of gelatin and stir to dissolve. Pour into hot sterilized jars and cool. Place lids on jars and store in the refrigerator.
