My Mom'S Rhubarb Custard Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 sticks oleo
    6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    5 c. rhubarb
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 2/3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
    1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Work together first 3 ingredients like pie crust and pat in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cut up rhubarb and pour into crust.
    In bowl, beat eggs, sugar, flour and cinnamon or nutmeg.
    Pour over rhubarb and dot with oleo.
    Sprinkle corn flakes over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
