Pecan Crescents - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 envelope yeast
dash of salt
1/2 c. chilled butter
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. brown sugar, divided
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl.
Cut in butter.
Stir egg yolks and sour cream together and mix into flour mixture.
Knead dough until smooth.
Divide into thirds and chill.
