Chocolate Oatmeal Crinkles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. butter, softened
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. Kahlua *
3 1/2 c. plain flour
sugar for rolling
1 c. quick oats
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

*Blend together 2 tablespoons hot water, 1/4 cup instant coffee and 1/4 cup corn syrup with the cocoa.
Add to creamed mixture.
