Hot Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage (mild if desired)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese (mild or mellow)
3 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Cook and drain sausage.
Mix the three ingredients by hand. Roll into small balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet, not touching.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
May be frozen in balls and baked anytime.
Serves lots.
