Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
    1 c. lite sour cream
    assorted chopped veggies
    grated cheese
Preparation
    On a cookie sheet, flatten crescent rolls, pressing seams together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Beat the cream cheese and dressing; mix together.
    Stir in sour cream; spread on cooled crust.
    Top with assorted veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, green and red peppers, if you wish). Spread with grated cheese.
