Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken or turkey breast (for everyone who is eating)
    1 or 2 eggs
    splash of milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
Preparation
    Cut breast meat into bite size.
    Beat eggs and milk together with salt and pepper.
    Put meat in egg mixture; let stand at least an hour.
    Roll in flour and deep fat fry.
