3 Hour Chunk Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. pickles, cut in 1/2-inch chunks
    5 c. vinegar
    6 1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. turmeric
    4 1/3 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Wash and chunk the pickles; soak in salt water for 3 hours. Drain.
    Add ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pack in prepared jars.
