Green Chili(Slow Cooker) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork shoulder or beef chuck, in 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) cut tomatoes
    1/2 c. beef or chicken consomme
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 medium clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 can diced chilies
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain fat.
    Add everything to slow cooker. Cook on low heat 6 to 8 hours.
    If you make it on the stove, bring to a boil and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours. To thicken, add dry bread crumbs until desired thickness.
