Polish Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cubed butter
3/4 c. rice
1 can whole or diced tomatoes
1 can green beans (do not drain)
cheese (your choice)
Polish sausage, sliced
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet.
Pour all ingredients in skillet with liquid.
Top with cheese.
Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
I use turkey Polish sausage.
Tastes great and is not greasy.
