Perfect Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. apples, thinly sliced and peeled
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Prepare pie crusts according to package directions, for 2 crust 9-inch pie.
In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients; toss lightly.
Spoon apple mixture into pie-crust lined pans.
Top with second crust and flute; cut slits in several places.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.
